The event will feature Shoehorn with Fools in Paradise and the Sing Portland choir. This benefit concert is for Rising Hope, a foundation that fights poverty in Uganda through education and mentoring programs. It showcases Portland’s newest community choir: Sing Portland! and the eclectic African marimba band Fools in Paradise (marimba, mbira, djembe, conga, saxophone, vocals.)
