Samba Chill concert of Caribbean and Latin American music. We’ll be sharing the stage with Shoehorn’s Hat Trio. Shoehorn is the tap dancing sax player you may have seen around town. He’ll be joined by pianist Dan Gaynor and percussionist Scott Wardinsky and Maria Olaya on guitar for a very lively evening of music from way down south. And…. the most exciting part of all. After the concert that will be a jam party. Yes – you as audience member get to sing and jam with us. Our director Marion Van Namen will teach you a Caribbean song and a samba, and you get to sing, dance, play with all of us: choir and band and all. Appropriate for all ages. Bar with ID.
