Shoehorn is proud to present yet another talented guest tap dancer to his Portland area audience. This time Tap Star Charon Aldredge joins the ranks of Brenda Buffalino, Roxane Butterfly, Dexter Jones, Max Pollack, and Michela Marino-Lerman, all of whom have joined Shoehorn and his band on Portland nightclub and festival stages. Charon will join the band following a set by Shoehorn's VonTap Family. Featuring the talents of Shoehorn's daughters Isabel and Eileen with expert accompaniment by pianist Dan Gaynor ( he also plays with Nancy King, Glenn Moore, etc) and Skip Elliott Bowman on bass, Shoehorn's VonTap family plays an engaging mix of originals, jazz standards, show tunes and select contemporary covers.
